The Inn of Many Faces is host to both casual and formal destination weddings year round. We recognize that no two weddings are alike--- from intimate fireside elopements to larger elegant affairs surrounded by our lush gardens and gazebo, our onsite coordinator works with you, your family or event planner to ensure that your special event is uniquely tailored to meet your requirements. We pride ourselves on being flexible, affordable and accommodating and most of all, delivering an experience and memories that you will cherish for years to come. We listen to our clients and work with them every step of the way, so that there are no surprises on the big day.
We can customize your wedding to have just the two of you or up to 175 + guests. (If your guest list 250 or less, statistically, we can still accommodate since usually 40-50% of the guest list are usually unable to attend the day of the wedding.)
The Inn is steeped in history with its 100 year old oak and pecan trees, flowering trellis, sounding of birds and whimsical whistle of the neighboring train, flowing stream and ever changing seasonal gardens that allow for our clients to pick any time of the year for their wedding. We create a relaxed and comfortable environment for your guests and family while maintaining a fully staffed and professional operation that provides you with a peace of mind and confidence that everything will be taken care of.
Located an hour north of Dallas, our Denison wedding venue provides a destination wedding a convenient drive in North Texas. With Lake Texoma only seven miles from our Inn, consider us an ideal honeymoon location.
On any special day, we only have one event on the property, your wedding. There is no one and no other bride or groom competing for your time or your space, the Inn is all yours to enjoy. Your special day will belong to you and your guests so that you can all share the happiness, romance and love that you so richly deserve.
Donna L. Ferchak, the proprietor and event coordinator, maintain 5-Star reviews. She prides herself on being creative but also practical. On your very first visit, you will receive a tour; discuss your ideas and all that goes along with a well-developed and well-communicated wedding plan including a price estimate. Our own employee, a family member is your on-site coordinator who is responsible for every fork, every spoon, every chair and every flower, from the big white tent to the fireplace, from the catering to the cake cutting; we work the details with you or your own event planner. If you need help with a photographer, DJ, minister or wedding officiate, transportation, extra rooms for out of town guests or a florist, we will gladly help you coordinate these final plans.
Our approach and philosophy to bridal showers or teas, engagement parties or rehearsal dinners follows along the same way as it does for weddings, so whether it’s an entire 3-day affair or just the wedding itself we hope we can share it with you; For families on a budget, we offer very affordable Friday and Sunday options, even during the most sought after summer and fall weekends.
What is included for your wedding at the Inn of Many Faces, Victorian Bed & Breakfast;

suites, plus wedding or reception site, the grounds, plus a full breakfast/brunch in the A.M. for overnight guests staying at the Inn. We can provide a site for your rehearsal dinner gratis if you have a whole house rental. We do not inflate our accommodation prices for weddings.

Insurance
A $500.00 deposit is required for guest 2 to 99 and a $1,000.00 deposit is required for guests for 100 to 175 deposits hold your special day. Your date is NOT reserved without the deposit which goes toward the cost of your wedding.
- $250.00/$500.00/$1,000. Refundable Damage Deposit paid 30/60/90 days prior to wedding. (Refunded in full within two weeks after the wedding if no damage is done to property or grounds.) Set up at the inn cannot commence unless the Damage Deposit is paid in full.
- OR, if you elect to buy wedding insurance, and can offer proof and paperwork of same to the inn, the damage deposit will be waived. In order for damage deposit to be waived, the Wedding Insurance must cover the wedding and reception venue (the inn and grounds). Taking out wedding insurance may or may not be much more economical than the damage deposit, and it assures that both parties are covered. Please discuss wedding insurance with a professional to see what would be the best choice for you if you decide to go this route.
Site Only Usage Option
For an early afternoon wedding without use of the inside of the Inn, the cost is $750 -1500. Site Rental Fee. This provides a site for the wedding and reception. There is a $750 damage deposit paid 30/60/90 days or more prior to the wedding. This is a refundable deposit if there is no damage to the house or grounds caused by the wedding party or guests.
Wedding Tent:
- Some of our brides opt to have a large white party tent for their reception set up on the grounds in proximity to the gazebo for a beautiful evening ambiance. The miniature white lights of the tent and in the nearby trees create a memorable "storybook" experience. Renting a white wedding tent is beautiful and provides a place for a dance floor but doing so is optional.
