Inn of Many Faces Bed & Breakfast  Policy Agreement

Please note that in reading this agreement, and checking the box on the reservation form, you are agreeing to abide by the policies as outlined below:

Check-in and Check-out

Check-In is between 3:00pm - 6:00pm CDT and Check-Out is by 11:00am. If arriving outside of the set check-in times, please call in advance to make arrangements. Please, no calls or unexpected arrivals after 12midnight, out of respect and courtesy of other house guests and the Innkeepers. All guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Damage reported or unreported will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Double Occupancy

All rooms and rates are based on double occupancy. Two of our rooms can accommodate additional persons for an additional $25.00 per person per night. Please call us for further details.

Rates / Policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special events.

Tax

Our posted room rates do not include a 6% Texas sales tax, Denison Hotel /Motel Tax 7%.  Sales Tax – 8.25%

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express—traveler’s checks and cash for final payments.

Payment by Check: Payment by check is acceptable; however if we receive a non-sufficient funds check your credit card will be billed for the amount of your check plus a $25 service fee.

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations. For special events and packages, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation.

A non-refundable deposit is required with your reservation form and signed policy agreement to reserve your space at Inn of Many Faces, Victorian Bed and Breakfast. Each group must fill out a reservation form and sign the policy agreement. See pricing chart for amount due.

Retreats

1. A two night minimum stay is required.

3. All balances are due at least 30 days prior your arrival date. If a balance is not received by 30 days prior, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation if there are not a minimum of 6 guests at the retreat. If this occurs, I would be happy to help you find another reservation date or refund your payment in full.
5. If you need to change your reservation date or number of guests on your reservation:
   1. Prior to 60 days before your arrival date, you may do so. Your deposit will be applied to the new reservation.
   2. After 60 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit and/or full payment unless a replacement group is found.
6. If you need to cancel your reservation:
   1. Prior to 60 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit.
   2. After 30 days before your arrival date, you will the full payment. If a replacement group is found, you will only forfeit your deposit.
7. Inn of Many Faces, Victorian Bed and Breakfast and its proprietors will not be held liable for any injury of guests, or any loss, theft or damage to any personal property of guests.
8. In the event something gets broken or damaged, please either contact me or leave a note so that I can take care of it before the next group arrives. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, house or its contents. An itemized list of damages and repair costs will be sent to the renter with payment due on receipt, or if you paid by credit card, we will charge the total for repair to your card.
9. I reserve the right to expel anyone for inappropriate behavior without refund for retreat payment.
10. Inn of Many Faces Bed & Breakfast is a smoke free facility.
11. Guests consent to the using of their photos or quotes in marketing materials for Inn of Many Faces, Victorian Bed & Breakfast.

Smoking

To provide a safe and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is prohibited except in the designated area on porch and in the gazebo area. Smoking in a non-designated smoking area will result in an extra charge added to your stay up to $250.00.

Children

The inn is primarily a retreat for couples wanting some romantic time alone.  Well-mannered children age 12 and over are welcome when accompanied by their parents.

Pets

Our facility is pet-friendly for service animals ONLY. $25.00 extra per day could be charged; Service animals must be crated; if any damage is caused by service animal, damages will be taken out of credit card on record.  Otherwise, please make arrangements to board your pet locally.

Cancellation Policy

The Inn of Many Faces Victorian Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. An advanced payment of 100% of your stay is taken upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive refund less a $50 processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.

Discounts Available

• Active and Retired Military, Clergy and Seminary Students, EMS, Police and Fire Personnel, EM, Active Non Profits, Senior Citizens (AARP), and Active Students and Parents. (Must have current ID)
• U.S. General Services Administration Per Diem Rate for 2012 for which you are traveling. www.gsa.gov (Must have current ID and proof of Business Papers)
• The innkeepers reserve the right to require a two night minimum during the peak season and other times of the year.

Candles

Due to fire regulations and in consideration of the safety of our guests, the Inn of Many Faces does not allow candles.
